Brother genitivi should i kill him
I am a mage and when i walked in all i saw was a guy named weylon and i went to enter a room ane he stoped me and i killed him i went into the room and i saw a corpse and looked at it and it said that "this is the real weylon" need help.
I went back to Brother Genitivi's house and i saw a body same as the mage above. Besides, we don't know how Ferelden people name their kids. If he spoke with some sort of accent then I could understand. Does anyone know the purpose of lying to BG about Weylon being dead? I've just done it to see if it makes a difference later on - just seemed like an odd inclusion.
After several playthroughs, I just realised you don't actually have to kill the fake Weylon; certain dialogue paths just end the conversation with you intending to go look for Brother Genitivi. If you don't proceed to the back of the house obviously the fake Weylon will remain alive. I'm tempted to explore this particular path but I was just wondering if anyone had done it before.
It's not like not getting the rune's a big deal I donate all non-Grandmaster runes to the Circle. I don't have a playthrough where my Warden decided not to bring Genitivi along to the temple, and defiled the ashes. A lot of it is mundane armor and weapons. Sten already has a better two-handed sword anyway. Camenae's Barbute chance to avoid missile attacks, rapid aim - I don't really have any use for this. Besides the bonus to physical resistance, it also meshes well with the appearance of Wade's Superior Dragonscale Armor set.
Backpack - I increase my carrying capacity even further. I head for the home of Brother Genitivi, which is towards the southwest corner of the Market District.
An imposter who is pretending to be the Brother's assistant, Weylon, will try his best to get me to leave without gaining any insight into Brother Genitivi's whereabouts. I press hard enough, made easier through a Cunning and Intimidation checks, to get the imposter to blow his cover.
He's capable of casting spells, but since he's by himself and within reach, he should be quite easy to kill. Or if he tries to retreat to buy himself enough space for spells, like he did here, Aldarion simply nails him with a Crushing Prison. The house has plenty of books, notes, etc. I discover the body of the real Weylon at the back of the house. Sten: Many humans have said that to me. I do not understand it.
If I was indeed hostile, you would be bleeding. User Info: CaptainKO. If the Urn is finite it won't last forever. If it is not meant to last forever so why even try to make it last? Whether the Chantry controls whose worthy or not, it doesn't matter because the ashes will disappear one way or another.
As person pointed out the Urn is symbol of hope for the people who believe in the Chantry. I always let him relieve the location to the rest of world. What happens to the Urn after that is not the Grey Warden's problem as it only has one importance to game, which is to heal the Arl Eamon of his poisonous state.
If the people squander the ashes or steal them, then it's their own fault for taking the ashes likely. However, if they preserve the ashes then it is no different if they hadn't try to find them at all because no one would be worthy of it's usages. Moreover, in the future, limiting it's usage may cause people to turn on the Chantry.
Again, whatever happens, happens. I let him live, but don't kill the dragon. With the mods I use, I don't really need the scales for the armor, and I don't need the experience from killing the High Dragon either. Plus, I don't like the idea of picking a fight with a member of an endangered species just for the hell of it. You don't have to kill Genitivi who's a pretty cool guy and the Chantry doesn't get to use the Urn to indoctrinate more people and propagate itself because the dragon runs off with it.
