Where to find colonel moore fallout

User Info: Bull Bull 10 years ago 1 I just completed "You'll know it When it Happens" quest and prevented the assassination attempt. Unfortunately it seems to have a few glitches because a few times I could not get Grant to talk or do anything else to show that the mission was completed. Eventually though I finally finished the mission without any glitch but I can not seem to find Colonel Moore in order to trigger the next part of the mission.

Part of the problem is that I can not seem to get to the other side of Hoover dam since one door is inaccessible and while in the offices, another I can not seem to find a key to open it. I follow the objective marker through the door to hoover dam power plant 01, but after its loaded the objective marker directs me to go back through the door to the place I just came from.

Fallout: New Vegas character. Was barely sixteen when I left home and volunteered to be in the military. She used to be ranger until an injury took her out of action. Happens to a lot of us, unfortunately. She's better at making graves than making friends. Bring in Moore and the earth will be razed. Fields will be salted. There are days I'd give anything to out in the open air, planting explosives and laying down covering fire. But here I am, stuck in the same stale office day after day, while other people get to do the actual fighting.
