None of the buttons work on my controller except the PS button so I can still exit the store, turn off controller or system. I've talked to Customer Support and they had me do all sorts of stuff, but nothing. The guy eventually gave up and said either my controller or my PS3 is busted.

Anyone else have this problem? User Info: mmsenrab. I have the same problem as mmsenrab above. I've tried everything and even had ps3 customer service try to help me. Again, I can use my controller in every game, etc.

Once in playstation store, no buttons work on controller except ps3 button to quit the store. What are my options? Buy a used PS3 and transfer my account to another console? Please help.
