As explained above you won't find it in the character creator, if you want it on another character you'll have to use another hair kit to get it. Thank you so much. There's only one type of style kit and they aren't random. Using one gives you a menu just like the hair style section of the character creator but with more styles and colours and then you choose which ones you want.
